Undertook a business process redesign study to improve the tracking and reporting of the tremendous amount of management data for the over 200 tasks under the $35 million JTC3A contract. As a result of Dr. Pardue's recommendations, reporting time delay was cut from over 40 days to 10 days, accuracy was doubled, and management/customer control was improved. These changes were implemented over the JTC3A enterprise-wide national information system.

For Virginia's Center for Innovative Technology (CIT), performed business process redesign for local businesses in parallel with developing both short-term and long-term forecasts of automation needs and technology advances.

Performed a complete phased business process redesign effort, and developed the supporting customized automated system for a commercial business. The system provides work orders, invoices, billing, and point-of-sale, in addition to complete double-entry accounting, payroll, receivables, government reports generation, and financial analysis for management.
